After pickleball, Mei-O and I played some ping pong for a while. When we were walking around the ship earlier, we noticed tonight's formal dinner menu looked pretty good, so, when dinnertime finally came around, ...

...we headed to the Estrella Dining Room for another formal dinner. Mei-O started with Pickled Red Beets with Feta Cheese and pine nuts vinaigrette, while I had a Caesar Salad. And we shared a bowl of Nordic Shellfish Bisque with white fish, shrimp, black mussels, and lobster cream with cognac. For our entrées, Mei-O had the Pan-Seared Barramundi with leeks, green asparagus, potato batons, and grain mustard sauce, while I had the Roasted Rosemary Leg of Lamb with string beans, provencale tomato, chateau potatoes, and mint sauce. And for dessert, Mei-O had a piece of cheesecakenote The dessert menu was

menu, and I forgot to
take a picture of it, so

, while I had a couple of scoops of chocolate ice cream with pineapple and strawberry toppings.

After dinner, we found time for some more ping pong. The ship was surprisingly steady and the table level enough to be able to play a good game (0:12). Steve and Teresa played a bit too.

We got to the Princess Theater early tonight to see Phillip Brown, a singer who put on a really great show backed by the amazing Princess band, coming down into the audience to really engage the crowd. He had a deep bass voice and used it effectively to sing a variety of songs, putting on a very pleasing show.

These show pictures were the last pictures I took tonight. Tomorrow morning, we'd cruise up the Sognefjord fjord on our way to dock in Skjolden, Norway, arriving about 7:00 AM.
