 By 3:00, we were in Chinatown. There were plenty of food options and we were somewhat disappointed that we didn't wait until we got there. |
 So we walked around Chinatown for a while. Mei-O and Teresa bought some Chinese pears, then we eventually caught an Uber back to the hotel. It was after 3:00, and our rooms should've been ready for us. |
 On the way back to the hotel, another long drive, we passed Buckingham Palace and the beautiful Victoria Memorial in front of it. |
 And by 5:00, we were in our room in the Leonardo Hotel, a pretty nice room after all. It did have one of those European-style showers (that we'd seen on many of our other journeys) with a big open area which allowed water to spray all over the floor if you weren't careful. (I'm guessing Europeans know how to properly use this kind of shower.) Nevertheless, while we desperately needed showers, we were so tired we decided to put them off until the morning.
