 As we walked back to our room after the show, Mei-O and I were lucky to find a couple of seats in the Princess Live! lounge to watch the Liar's Club, a hilarious game show featuring our Cruise Director Dan (in the middle), Luke, another host for many of the ship's events (on the left) and one other staff members (I can't recall his name). A strange word would be presented to them ("wabbit," "callipygian," and "bumfiddler." As each word was presented, each of the three participants had two minutes to give a hilarious definition of what they thought it meant, two of them made up and the other the true definition. Then the audience would vote for who they thought gave the correct definition. The votes would be counted, the true definition would be revealed, and we'd see how many people bought each participant's story. The votes didn't matter; the fun was all in the strange words and their actual meanings and the funny stories the guys gave, made-up or real, explaining the word. It was a really fun game to watch. |
 At 10:30, I was still sitting on our balcony watching the sun go down, a beautiful ending to a great day. Tomorrow and the next day would be sea days as we traveled towards our next port, Ålesund, way down in southern Norway. Next Top |
