And before we knew it, it was over. But after getting off the ship around 8:30 AM, with our flight to Los Angeles not leaving until 9:59 PM, all eight of us had signed up for what was called a Grand Circle Island Tour which would eventually drop us off at the airport, and which turned out to be not so grand. |

 Our last breakfast onboard the Pride of America, mine and Mei-O's (well, at least part of our breakfasts). |
 Having gotten up too early to head to our meeting point where we had to join up with Teresa and Steve and wait until our disembarkation time was announced (between 7:30 and 8:15, once the ship was cleared by local officials), we walked around the ship, now docked in Honolulu, for a while. |
 So we waited with our luggage (we were hand carrying it off) until we could leave the ship, until... |
 ...right around 8:30, we were allowed to leave. Thus ended our NCL cruise of the Hawaii Islands, as we headed off the ship to the... |
 ...port terminal to wait in line for a seat on the bus that would take us on a "Grand Circle Island Tour" which would end up by dropping us off at the airport in plenty of time for our 9:59 PM flight to L.A. |
 As we pulled away from the terminal, we said goodbye to the Pride of America that was now busy getting ready for the next cruise which would be leaving this evening. We were off, all eight of us, on our final adventure in Hawaii. Click here to see pictures from our Grand Circle Island Tour. |
 At the Honolulu Airport after our Grand Circle Island Tour ended, our group of eight broke up, Alay, Alfred, Maria, and Grace heading off on their own, while Mei-O and I and Steve and Teresa, after breezing through security, tried to figure out where we were and where we needed to go. We were planning to eat dinner before boarding our 9:59 flight (there would be no dinner service on the plane), but it was way too early to eat, so we thought we'd do some exploring to find out a suitable restaurant for when we were hungry. |
 We wandered around the airport for a while, then around 7:30, about time for dinner, we found a food court. We decided on some pizza from the California Pizza Kitchen (pepperoni and mushrooms. Mei-O and I shared one). Despite it not looking so great, it was really delicious. |
