 7:30 AM, time for breakfast! Due to the time zone differences and the 4+ hour flight, we all were a little hungry, plus we wouldn't be eating until sometime after we landed in Minneapolis, so Mei-O and I shared a Jersey Mike's turkey and cheese sub sandwich. |
 So then it was just a matter of sitting and waiting in the gate area. The 2¾ hour layover went quickly. |
 So we flew back to MSP, took a shuttle bus to the EZ Air Park off-site parking lot in Eagan where our CR-V was parked, and, before heading back to Rochester, stopped at Pho 45 in Lakeview (on the way home, sort of), one of our favorite Vietnamese phở restaurants. Mei-O and I each had a giant bowl of noodles (so big we had to take some home! We should've just split one like Teresa and Steve did.) And these are the very last pictures I took on our Hawaii vacation! We made it home safely; it was all just memories now. |
