Here are the readable versions of our formal dinner menus. The variety of "TODAY'S FEATURED ENTRÉES" selections was lacking, usually finding myself choosing the best of five undesirable choices. None of them were excellent, most were just barely okay. Many of them ordered by our fellow travelers were left uneaten after just one or two bites. In general, the formal dinners - the appetizers, featured entrées, and desserts - were not very good.
