This is typically done from a promenade. The designated couple does a Cast Off 3/4
to finish as the outsides of a starting DPT. The others Wheel and Deal to become
the centers. As with all calls from a promenade, people need to be careful to adjust
to a nice setup.

One can also do this from other formations, such as a tidal line. The
designated people Cast Off 3/4 and finish on the outside, while the
others Wheel and Deal. The non-designees need to remember that they
are involved.
