These are the phantom versions of the Offset C/L/W concepts. Recall that
those concepts are done in a 4x4 occupied as "clumps". In the phantom version,
everyone does the call as though in their own pair of diagonally placed clumps.

This is a case of the general family of "Phantom <formation>" concepts.
These concepts can apply in any formation in which each person can deduce
unambiguously which of the various distorted or disconnected sub-setups he
is in, selected from a larger actual setup. Other examples are "4 Phantom
Interlocked Blocks" and "Phantom Butterfly or O".
