June 22, us during our shore excursion from Tromsø.

Miscellaneous Pictures
Here are a bunch of pictures that either didn't fit, or which I just chose not to include, in the day by day narrative of the trip.

A non-working telephone booth outside the British Museum that we passed as we walked from the main ticketed entrance to the museum half way around the building to the entrance where tickets weren't needed.

As we walked around London on our first day, we saw this theater showing "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child."

Our stateroom bathroom. It was relatively roomy, and the shower was great, with excellent water pressure. Our stateroom attendant, Marc from the Philippines, took great care of it for us.

Tired of flying, this guy decided to ride along with us for a while.

We never did get to see Capt. Laakkonen in person, but I got his picture (and his name) from this collection of pictures of the ship's senior officers.

Sunday, June, 15, when Mei-O took a shower this morning, the drain was badly plugged and water flowed out all over our bathroom floor. We reported it to maintenance, and it wasn't long before someone came by and fixed it. It was a little inconvenient, but handled quickly by the ship's maintenance staff so I could take my much needed shower without much delay.

Interested in buying a house in Edinburgh, just below the Edinburgh Castle?

June 15, when we returned to our stateroom after our Edinburgh shore excursion, we found this on our bed. Leaving Scotland and traveling to Norway would cause us to lose an hour tonight. But that was okay; tomorrow was a sea day as we sailed to Skjolden, so we could sleep in as late as we wanted.
