From lines, the ends Cross Over Circulate (that's the "Cut In")
while the centers flip out. A common sound effect for this call is
"centers flip out".
This can also be done from columns or diamonds. From diamonds, the
result is point-to-point diamonds.
The centers must not go past each other in the very center when they
flip out. It's the same issue that arises in Reverse Flip the Diamond.
