Normally from waves: The trailing end and adjacent person do two
Split Circulates. The others do one All 8 Circulate.
On a Cross Double Down, the All 8 Circulate is replaced with a
Cross Over Circulate. The two Split Circulates are not changed.
In waves, it is common for the trailing end to hang on to the adjacent
person, and drag them around for what looks more like a Counter Rotate 1/2.
But you should remember that it is actually two Split Circulates.
If done from columns, the "trailing end" is the #4 person. He and
the person lateral to him do the two Split Circulates.
