This is an old traditional call that has some of the feel of part of the
folk dance "Salty Dog Rag". The precise-for-challenge definition
could be described as: Those who have handholds do the equivalent of
a Trade by that hand and extend, except that they don't go around each other
on the Trade. They push back from each other and do the "Trade"
in front of each other rather than around each other.
