Clear the Centers for <anything>, Clear the Centers but Cross It for <anything>

From a 1/4-tag-like formation: centers start a Linear Cycle and then Tandem Run outward. (This is typically around the nearest ends.) The ends move in and do the <anything>. If the "Cross" modifier has been given, Tandem Cross Run outward, around the far ends.
