This is an old Advanced Quarterly Selection. In modern terminology,
it is just 1/4 Chain and Circulate In. (It was defined, for Advanced
dancers, as centers (any hand) Remake and Spread while the ends Circulate and
Cross Over Circulate.)
There was also a call Retain Your Lane. Centers (any hand) Remake
while the ends Circulate twice.
This can be done when the centers are T-boned to the ends. The Spread
after the Remake is always lateral.

It can also be done when the ends are the ends of columns, and they
do their final Cross Over Circulate in columns.
