This call is usually used as a sequence starter. The designated couples
move into the center, circle left (clockwise) 1/2, and slide out to the
left ("Plus Two"). The other couples Single Rotate 1/4 and Phantom
Follow Thru.

Of course this call is extended in a number of ways in challenge dancing.
It can be done from a 2x4, equivalent to having had the the designated
people already move into the center. In this case the designation of
