On Bail Out but <anything>, the <anything> replaces the centers' Counter Rotate.
This call has the nice (and commonly exploited) property of having separate actions
for the centers and ends, with two parts for each action. Hence it is commonly
used with Central, Invert Central, Invert, Snag, etc.
