From a tidal wave: very ends Counter Rotate and be ready to Pass In with
someone who will appear shortly, while the other 6 trade. Then the very ends
of the wave of 6 Counter Rotate and Pass In, while the remaining 4 trade.
Finally, the center 2 trade.
On An Anchor but <anything>, the <anything> replaces both the Swing and
the Slip for the center 4.
This is commonly used as a suffix. The initial call is often Swing. Note that,
on Swing an Anchor, people trade in decreasing numbers from 8 to 2, with alternating
hands. The sound effect is often "8, 6, 4, 2" for this. For a plain Anchor,
the sound effect is"6, 4, 2".
Another common initial call is "Cast" which, in this context, means Cast off 3/4.
