3x1 Flip/Cut Diamond

These calls are special, and not related to the more general meaning of 3x1.

A "3x1 Diamond" should be considered to be a diamond with a lot of centers. There is a wave or line of 6 centers, and two points. On a 3x1 Flip or Cut the Diamond, the centers all Counter Rotate, moving out far enough to leave room for the points to Flip or Cut.
