One day while walking around the ship, we found ourselves in a very empty gym.

A wall-hanging flag quilt in the ship. It reads "My beloved flag." On then internet, I found a picture that matched this one on the ship, placing it in the Honolulu Museum of Art, with the following description:

Ku‘u Hae Aloha (My Beloved Flag), late-19th- to early-20th-century
Hawaiian flag quilt; cotton, hand piecing, appliqué, and quilting
Gift of Mr. Helmut Hörmann, 1989 (5783.1)

I don't know if the one on the ship is on loan from the museum or maybe purchased by NCL, or if it's just a copy (there was a plaque next to it, but I don't remember what it said and I didn't take a picture of it like I usually do), but the flag motif is quite popular and you can see many similar versions all over the internet.

A going-out-of-business (?) surfboard shop in Haleiwa.

Waikiki Beach in Honolulu.

Coconut Corner, a roadside shop we passed on the way back from Waimea Canyon.

Another beautiful wild roaming chicken, this one at Ho'okipa Beach on Maui.

Crossing the Hanapepe River returning from Waimea Canyon.

At the Honolulu Airport as we were waiting at Gate F2 for our flight to L.A.

Some type of farming going on as we proceeded towards Hana.

A macadamia nut cracking machine we saw in the Coral Kingdom Restaurant where we had lunch during our Grand Island Circle Tour.

A Jack in the Box drive through menu. Pretty expensive. Seeing a Jack in the Box really drives home the point that you're still in the U.S.A.

Poolside activity.

A model of the Pride of America somewhere on the ship.

Jefferson's Bistro, one of the several specialty restaurants where you had to purchase your meal. We never tried any of them.

While waiting in line for our Grand Circle Island Tour after leaving the ship for the very last time, I put my ship's ID card away for the very last time.

A piece of Hawaiian art on the ship.

Hawaii's answer to Subway in the International Market in Honolulu, with Uncle Billy's Hot Chicken.

At the Black Sand Beach during our Road to Hana trip. Mei-O said the "black sand" wasn't really sand, but rather, sharp rocks that were quite painful to walk on.
