The call is done in such a way that the designated people stay on the same
spot on the floor, and the other people in her setup compensate for that by
adjusting their ending setup so that it has the correct shape. The designated
person can still change facing direction.
The call must be one in which the setup is divided into smaller sub-setups, each
of which does the call. There must be one designated person in each sub-setup.
The sub-setups shift themselves around as needed to keep the designated person
on the same spot.
