Grand Spin the Top, Grand Fan the Top

This call is rarely used, and dates from a time when the word "Grand" was used in a rather chaotic way.
From a tidal wave: all Trade, then the center 6 Cast Off 3/4 while the very ends Isolate. They hook on to the nearest miniwave, not the center miniwave.
