Multiple Formations Working <direction>
This is used in a setup in which the call could have been directed to
Split Phantom formations, or could have been directed to the center
Phantom formation. For example, Relay the Top from quadruple waves.
It directs people to make their own decision about which subsetup to
work in, based on the given direction. The starting setups overlap,
and the resulting setups typically overlap the same way.
