Turn the first fraction. Then the centers turn the second
fraction while the ends U-Turn Back.
Ends Circulate while the center 2 trade. Counter Rotate the diamond
("Turn the star") by the the third fraction. Flip the Diamond.
This may be called just <I-J-K> Alter and Circulate.
