This is somewhat like Outer Code. It is done only by the outsides, and they must be as if in columns. They Quarter Out, and then continue as if on a Zip Code for which they have now done zero. On an Area Code 1, they then do an Ends Bend. On an Area Code 2, they then Pass Thru. On Area Code 3, they then do an Ends Bend, etc.
